We stayed only 2 days in Phuket, one of the southern provinces of Thailand. We stayed in the main island and if we could, we had stayed more time though. Phuket has so much to offer and it’s worth to explore it. There you can find many options of good hotels and resorts, restaurants and amazing nightlife, not mentioning paradise beaches such as James Bond Island.

There in Phuket we did an excursion to the Phang Nga National Park. The tour stops in James Bond Island, Hong Island, Panak Island and Naka Island, including to explore caves by Kayak and a delicious thai lunch.
We chose to stay in Patong Beach, the main tourist region of the island of Phuket and the most famous area. In Patong is where we find the famous Bangla Road, one of the most crazy avenues of the island, with several bars and pubs, loud music and night clubs. In Patong Beach is where everything happens, that’s why there isn’t a better region to stay in Phuket.
If you want to stay close of everything and in the main area of the island, but at the same time you would like to feel free of the mess and noise of Patong so you could have a great night of rest and sleeping, then we strongly recommend the BYD Lofts Boutique Hotel & Serviced Apartments , a kind of Apart Luxury Hotel, with 4 Stars and Hotel #1 in reviews of TripAdvisor.
We arrived in Phuket by airplane, through a domestic flight coming from Bangkok, with the Thai low-cost airline Thai Vietjet Aviation. But another option to reach Phuket is through Ferry Boat. Phuket’s airport stays around 40km (24,8 miles) from BYD Lofts Hotel (50 minutes by car), which stays only 5 minutes from Patong Beach. The airport pickup service is always with a luxury Mercedes Benz E class or private limousine, providing the ultimate in comfort and offering the best quality service with professional and reliable drivers. As soon as we arrived at the airport, our driver was already waiting for us, with a ID sign, two bottled waters and two wet towels to wipe away the dust and sweat. This transfer really helped us and you should also consider it when making a reservation.
BYD Lofts enchants you in everything from the start. Since the lobby, pool, rooms, breakfast, the perfect attendance at the main desk, until the bar, which is amazing and it is opened 24 hours.
BYD Lofts Boutique Hotel & Serviced Apartments is very luxurious and has a different proposal. It’s a kind of Apart Hotel, with all apartments having a large living room with a huge private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with king size bed and a private bathroom. It also may have a bathtub as well. All the dependences are very spacious, clean, very luxurious and comfortable. The king size bed and the pillows are extremely comfortable and of excellent quality, with Egyptian cotton bed linen. Everything is very well decorated and very well furnished. We had perfect nights of rest there. The suites also offer amenities like espresso coffee machine, large working desk, safety box and daily housekeeping service with complimentary water on turndown. They also offer plenty of facilities including high-speed internet connectivity, LCD televisions along with home theatre / surround sound system, iPod docking stations, and much more.
The Hotel has 5 different kinds of Rooms and Suites, options for couples and for the whole family. We stayed at the 1 Bedroom Deluxe Suite, a flat for two persons of 65 m² (698.75 sqf), featuring a separate bedroom with king size bed, living area with private balcony access and a bathroom fashioned from marble and fitted with walk-in shower with a glass door. Our apartment had also a wonderful bathtub. The shower was perfect, very relaxing. All of these things are mandatory to have an excellent night of sleep and rest, so we can recharge the batteries for the next day, which is essential in a vacation or in a business trip. We didn’t give up of staying in a good location and to sleep well.
For those couples who would like even more space, more privacy, more luxury and more comfort, there is also a bigger apartment for two guests, of size 100 m² (1075 sqf). This is the 1 Bedroom Grand Deluxe Suite. These suites also feature a large bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom with European and American fixtures, fully equipped kitchen as well as large living area with the huge private balcony.

There is still a third option for occupancy of 2 persons and of size of 100 m². That’s the 1 Bedroom Grand Deluxe – Pool Acess Suite, located on the top floor of BYD Lofts main building. This is an exclusive one-bedroom suite, which gives you direct 24 hours access to the rooftop pool from your terrace. It’s perfect for couples in honeymoon.

But for a family of 4 persons, a great option is the 2 Bedrooms Penthouse Suite. Located on the top floor, these 140 m² (1505 sqf) penthouses are provided with private lift access and an adjacent kitchen. They have also a spacious living area equipped with entertainment and surround sound system. Both beautifully designed bedrooms offer king size beds with bathrooms featuring luxury amenities and glass-enclosed showers. These and much more for your whole family to enjoy together the vacation without leaving the comfort of your own home.
2 Bedrooms Penthouse Suite
The last kind of apartament that the Hotel BYD Lofts offers is the 2 Bedrooms Grand Deluxe Suite, an option also for 4 guests, but now with 160 m² (1720 sqf). The apartment has both bedrooms with king size beds and private bathrooms with walk-in shower. Some of them have also bathtubs. This room has large living areas that offer an access to private outside terrace where guests can spend some time with their family and friends.

BYD Lofts welcomes you with open arms. When checking in, you are welcomed with a delicious drink and with 2 wet towels to refresh yourself from Thailand’s hot weather. At the room, the bottles of water and the coffee are also complimentary and reffiled every day. Not mentioning the complimentary personalized bottle of wine that we found on the kitchen.

These can sound just as simple details, but it’s enough to make the difference. The attendance of al team is really good and its familiar ambiance really made us to feel like we were home. We extremely recommend BYD Lofts Boutique Hotel in Patong Beach. It’s an excellent cost benefit in Phuket.
The Hotel also counts with a beautiful swimming pool at the terrace and a wonderful and complete breakfast.
The area of the bar and restaurant, located on the ground floor space in BYD Lofts, is really charming and the food is very delicious. BYD Bar & Bistro offers a fresh and contemporary twist on traditional European bistro cuisine and Thai food. Everything is sophisticated, offering highest standard of European food using the best local ingredients. The breakfast really enchanted us. We found everything we wanted and we ate very well on the days we’ve been there.

We loved BYD Lofts in Phuket. It’s simply the best in Patong Beach. The staff are always very kind, the fully-furnished serviced apartments are very spacious, sophisticated and clean, offering a luxurious design enhanced with the highest-level comfort. The Wi-Fi is very good and it works everywhere. The breakfast is amazing as well. We loved everything about it.
